How does the environmental score work?
The environmental score of each dish is based on its recipe and the items it contains. These are evaluated using the Eaternity Database (EDB). This results in a star rating that indicates how climate-friendly the food is. In addition, you can find out the specific CO₂ value caused by the entire meal on the homepage.
