Relevo's reusable tableware offers you a choice in our canteens and cafeterias. You can enjoy your coffee to go anytime in a sustainable reusable cup - where you want, whenever you want. Of course, you also have the option of bringing your own reusable cups or containers.

Download app and register

Before your next visit, you download the free Relevo app from Google Play or App Store.

After that, you register. To do this, you enter the required data, such as name, address, email, and your preferred payment method.

Lending
Each dish has a QR code on it.

Once you've picked up your food or drink in Relevo's reusable dishes, simply scan the QR code with the app. You then show the scan confirmation to our staff at the checkout.

Lending fees
- per bowl: 0,20 €
- per cup: 0,10 €

Return

You have a total of 14 days to return the dishes. When returning the dishes, simply scan the QR code located on the return belt or the clearing station. Done!

Where can I borrow Relevo dishes on campus?

The reusable dishes are available in all our cafeterias and canteens.
Where can I return the dishes?

That's why Relevo is so flexible and practical: you don't have to return your reusable dishes to the place where you rented them. All canteens and cafeterias that offer the dishes will also take them back.

In addition, other Relevo partners, such as restaurants, are also available for you to return your dishes. You can find an overview in the app.
Do I have to wash the dishes before dropping them off?

It's important that you remove food waste as best you can. We cannot take back heavily contaminated containers. However, you do not have to rinse thoroughly, as we clean all containers and return them hygienically clean to the reusable cycle.
What happens if I miss the loan period of 14 days?

For the loop to work, it's important that you return the borrowed dishes on time. You will receive a digital reminder: Within the two weeks, the Relevo app will remind you several times of the outstanding return.

If you're running low on time, you can extend the loan period by 5 days once and free of charge. Once this period has expired, Relevo will charge you 5,00 € (for mugs) or 10,00 € (for bowls) per piece, depending on the type of dishes. Once you have paid the fee, the Relevo container is yours.
What are the characteristics of the dishes?

The reusable dishes are sourced by our partner Relevo from the manufacturer Ornamin, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen. All containers are developed and also produced there. The reusable containers are
- made of quality plastic (BPA-free)
- food-safe and free of harmful substances (without dangerous plasticizers)
- tasteless and odorless
- light, break-proof, scratch-proof and durable
- slosh-proof sealable
- dishwasher safe
- microwaveable (max. 2 minutes at max. 600 watts)
- freezer safe (up to -25°C)
- space-saving storage and stackable
- 100% recyclable

What are the alternatives to reusable dishes?

Your own reusable cans
Are you planning to order to go and already have reusable containers at home? Then bring them along! Every disposable container we can avoid is a small contribution to the environment.

Biodegradable disposable dishes
If there is no other way, we still offer disposable dishes that are 100% biodegradable. We charge 0,25 € per dish. This means that you pay 0,50 € for one dish including the lid.
